|Job Description :
Sales &International Business Manager, KEY ACCOUNTSwill be responsible for Achieving Budgeted Topline of Growth Unit comprising of Key Accounts of Specialty Chemicals –based primarily in the Europe and India. The incumbent will play a key role in the business development in Domestic as well as International markets,liaise with various stakeholders in the company to ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales objectives. The incumbent for this position, reporting to CEO, would be a professional, ideally equipped with an Engg(chemical)+MBA from reputed institutes,with 7-8years’ experience in sales and marketing, International Business, formulation of business strategy, business development in overseas markets, preferably in Chemical, petrochemicals sectors.
|Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales / Marketing
- Identify Prospective customers in the target region, Develop strong relations with his/her customers.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales objectives
- Review the market environment, and take course corrective measures promptly
3. Market Research
- Analyze Product-wise Sale, Selling Prices and Trend Analysis
- Analyze Variances in Sales Targets, Quantities
- Prepare Sales Performance Review Presentations
- Monitor Global and Domestic Competition in ExportsMarkets, Analyse Demand-Supply Balances of assigned chemicalsand decide sales price for his/her customers.
- Business Intelligence (Collect Market Information thru Secondary Research, Subscribed News Databases and Industry Journals & Periodicals)
- Tracking Competitors (thru their annual reports, balance sheets, news, other secondary sources)
- Product wise Market Research (incl. industry imports/exports)v)Monitor Global and Domestic Prices of Major Raw Materials and Finished Products.
Following are the desired qualifications and attributes of the candidate:
Degree in CHEMISTRY, CHEMICAL ENGINEERING and MBA -both from Most Reputed Institutes.
Experience Profile: 7-8years in International sales/Exportsof specialty chemicals, in Europe, Africa, West Asia etc.
- Exposure to business development/product management in Large Indian/Global companies in specialistChemicals.
- Knowledge of Logistics,Shipping Industryfor Chemicals
- Exposure to International Salesof ChemicalsExcellent Analytical decision making and negotiation skills.
