The role involves key account management, go-to-market strategy, product commercialization, and P&L ownership, while leading cross-functional teams and strengthening customer partnerships across geographies.

| Key Responsibilities : |
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive top-line revenue and achieve business growth targets across assigned territories and product verticals Drive top-line revenue and achieve business growth targets across assigned territories and product verticals
- Identify new market opportunities, applications, and customer segments
- Lead market expansion initiatives across domestic and international regions
2. Key Account Management
- Manage and grow strategic accounts across industries such as lubricants, polymers, paints & coatings, agrochemicals, and specialty chemicals
- Build long-term partnerships with key clients and ensure high retention
- Deliver customized solutions aligned with client requirements
3. Product Management & Commercialization
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and portfolio expansion
- Manage product lifecycle including pricing, positioning, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with R&D and technical teams for product development and application support
4. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Develop data-driven market segmentation and channel strategies
- Ensure strong market positioning and competitive advantage
5. P&L Management & Profitability
- Own and manage P&L for assigned business segments
- Drive margin improvement through pricing strategies, cost optimization, and efficient operations
- Monitor financial performance and ensure sustainable profitability
6. Supply Chain & Operations Coordination
- Work closely with sourcing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory optimization
- Lead regional sourcing initiatives for new applications and markets
7. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and cross-functional teams
- Provide strategic direction and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of excellence
8. Stakeholder & Partnership Management
- Engage with internal stakeholders, global teams, and external partners
- Develop strategic alliances and distribution networks
- Represent the organization in industry forums and client engagements

Qualifications & Experience
- Masters / Phd degree in Chemical Engineering / BioChemistry / Economics
- 10–12 years of experience in specialty chemicals industry (Age-90’s)
- Proven experience in handling large accounts, P&L ownership, and international markets
